How to file your mandate
- Tell PocketLister what you're looking for. Areas (Marbella, Sotogrande, Nueva Andalucía…), property type, beds, size, budget range, timeline.
- State your must-haves. Up to five non-negotiables (sea view, gated, south-facing, walking distance to amenities…). PocketLister refunds the €99 if any of these miss.
- Optional ideals. Things you'd love but won't lose sleep over. PocketLister uses these to sort matches by fit, not to gate them.
What happens after you file
- PocketLister matches your mandate against every live Quiet Profile in your areas. You see an anonymous version of each — area, beds, size, asking range, fit score. No photos, no address.
- When you're ready to ask, you pay €99. The owner is notified. If they approve, full brief unlocks: photos, address, direct contact.
- If a stated must-have misses, the €99 refunds automatically. The owner is never charged. No hard feelings on either side.
- Once unlocked, PocketLister's AI Pilot drafts your reserva, arras, and KYC packet automatically. A lawyer is on the line for anything mission-critical.
What PocketLister does that a buyer's agent does not
